Living in mixed society of various races and religions, I tend to be more cautious of what I am eating. Nope, I'm a diet freak just a freak in checking the ingredients before I pop something into my mouth. So halal food issue is very much a personal thing for me.
While I was working full-time, I did the odd baking of cookies especially during Hari Raya Puasa (a festival where Muslims celebrate after they fast in the month of Ramadhan) and even sold a couple of bottles of cookies.
You can say my interest in baking rekindles and I pursue my first real baking course in cake making at Siti's Delights. Subsequently I continue to deepen my knowledge with bread making course, pastry course, cake decorating courses and gubahan courses.
Alhamdulilah my baking orders are on-going and I would love to bake my yummylicious products for you.
